Michelle Malkin is an Idiot
Michelle Malkin’s Most Embarrassing Moment

Classic video in which Michelle finds herself hilariously outmatched by the lowly Chris “Tweety” Matthews of MSNBC’s Hardball [August, 2004]. While I’m no fan of Matthews, this video segment never fails to entertain. Seeing Malkin so thoroughly humiliated just never gets old.

*Update* Ryan from Malkin(s)Watch (with the help of Rev. Myk) wrote an excellent analysis of Michelle’s Hardball appearance here. Check it out. And while you’re over there, be sure to congratulate Ryan on his recent marriage and new site design.

  1. […] Hats off to MichelleMalkinIsAnIdiot.com for making this post on their website. It has a Malkin video clip from a 2004 appearance on Hardball with Chris Matthews in which the conservative pundit was overmatched by “Tweety”, or as I like to call him “Softball”. Enjoy! […]

  2. This was really a defining moment in Malkin’s career. With the help of Rev. Myk, I deconstructed this appearance of hers here: The Non-Claim Claim.

She broke one of the unspoken Natural Laws of Punditry by blaring to the world that she identified herself as a propagandist. Her cover as an “expert” was blown, and this Hardball appearance and subsequent whining over it are what have kept her from being offered her own cable news program. She did it to herself.

  3. Actually, I think Michelle’s most embarrassing moment happened today on her VENT with Hot Air. Wow. I’ll take Connie Chung over her any day. Connie Chung was poking fun at herself. Michelle, on the other hand, really thinks she can sing.

  4. […] This post by Michelle is rich, considering she hitched her wagon to the Swift Boat Liars in 2004.     Digg This […]

  5. Thank you for this website… I utterly loathe Malkin and her smarmy Coulter-ish attitude with evil intent. People like Malkin are working to make the USA a knee-jerk fascist state with total power at the top. I wish you would do a site like this on Coulter, O’Reilly, Hannity, Rush, etc. I salute you!

  6. Bravo To Chris Matthews!!!I Love Darrell hammond’s Imitation Of Him On SNL!!What I Love About Him Is That He Goes After Both Sides Of The System And Leaves In Their Drool!!!
ShanghaiJohnnyP.;Celtic/Confederate/Native American;Scots-Irish SOB.;Slayer Of Sacred Cows On The Right And The Left Since 2005!!

  7. There’s a quote ( forgot who made the original statement) we occasionally remind one another of in my family: “Remain silent and be thought a fool; speak and remove all doubt!” I’d say that Michelle did her best to, “. . . remove all doubt!”

So much for journalistic ethics, scruples, etc - - reporting heresay as fact without bothering to confirm the data —

‘Then’ trying to turn the tables on Matthews by saying she doesn’t know why ‘he’ has never asked Carey if he intentionally shot himself. It wasn’t Matthews who irresponsibly shot off his mouth!

Well, apparently, Michelle isn’t astute enough to realize she came out of this interview looking like a totally brainless twit!

  8. I think Matthews is the idiot. Kerry’s wounds were probably accidently self-inflicted. Not on purpose. We know his first Purple Heart was from a scratch. His commander denied his request, so Kerry went up the chain.

You have to admit, his own men didn’t like him. Wonder why?

  9. This was actually a humiliating moment for Matthews, not Malkin. Only the idiots here who haven’t read the book referred to would be foolish enough to think this was some kind of “triumph” for Matthews.

“Self-inflicted” does not mean “intentionally shot himself.” Malkin, who HAD read the book, had a huge advantage over Matthews, who stupidly went into this “interview” without having done so. The reason he kicked her off the show was she was about to expose his mistake, and he had to cut his losses ASAP.
