Trouble in wingnut land… Malkin says she may stay home on Nov. 7 if Bush doesn’t sign the Secure Fence Act.
I think I’m just going to sit it out. As if it were possible, the White House has succeeded in demoralizing the base even further with this latest bungle. And it has no one to blame–not Democrats, not the media, not a far-Left cabal–but itself.
Likewise, Allahpundit threatens to vote “straight Democratic ticket” if the bill is not signed.

I live in New York so it won’t matter, but one symbolic turn deserves another.

What a shame … she might vote Democrat. The border wall benefits three groups: 1. Hard-core Republican voters, who feel like they finally got something from the president, 2. The homeland-security industry, 3. Human smugglers. Every time the border becomes harder to cross, the smugglers’ services go up in price and obviously, the demand increases.
