I’m sure Michelle Malkin will be weighing in on this any minute now.
Meet Richard Wargo, a 19-year-old LSU student charged with plotting to kill U.S. Senator and 2008 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
BATON ROUGE, L.A. — A Louisiana State University student told a classmate he was planning a violent attack against New York Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Nineteen-year-old Richard Wargo, of Shreveport, Louisiana, was being held Friday on $1 Million bond.
He was booked on counts of terrorizing, communicating false information of planned arson, and possession of marijuana and drug equipment, according to officials.
Clinton, a Democratic presidential candidate, is scheduled to be in Baton Rouge Saturday to speak at the National Conference of Black Mayors.
LSU Police Chief Ricky Adams said Wargo asked another student if he wanted to commit arson, a “terrorist act” that he described as a “national event” and involved Hillary Clinton.
Police arrested Wargo last night. Officers searched his dormitory room and found documents that made the classmate’s accusations appear credible.
The Secret Service is also investigating.
The Smoking Gun has more:
When Wargo’s classmate told him that an attack on Clinton would make her even more popular, he responded, according to the warrant, “True, but have you ever heard of a dead president?”
Meanwhile, here’s what the charmers over in Freeperland are saying:
But what did he do that was wrong?
Give that boy the Medal of Freedom!

Is it possible to help throw his bail before her visit?
Whatever happened to academic freedom?
